Library service for individuals with print disabilities through CELA
The library proudly offers individuals with print disabilities access to library services through the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA).
The CELA service is a national non-profit organization established by Canadian public libraries to support people experiencing vision loss or other barriers to reading. Barriers to reading can result from low vision or blindness, learning differences such as dyslexia, or physical challenges such as Multiple Sclerosis, which makes holding and reading conventional books challenging.
