Plans to convert a grade II listed building on St Giles Street were given the green light in September - but a driveway was written off by planners over safety concerns.

However, a separate scheme was then put forward to see if planners would think again about the creation of new vehicle access to Cleveland Road.

Those plans have now been withdrawn after county council highways officials raised concerns.
