Dom Gregory and Jimmy Tully, co-owners of the Arrogant BBQ, are opening a new smokehouse in Bridewell Alley on December 6.

The pair grew up together in Mildenhall, but Mr Gregory is “really excited” to bring his business to Norwich’s thriving food scene.

The 27-year-old said: “The food scene here is crazy.
