Millie Cary comes from a family who have been in the floristry industry for 120 years and says she is in “an excellent position” to open her first shop, Millie’s Flowers, on Saturday.

The 28-year-old is taking over the stall that used to be home to Mike Debs & Sons, before the business moved to the neighbouring plot.
