Meet the team behind Norwich's newest fine-dining restaurant
Blossom will open in Upper St Giles Street on December 5 for lunch and dinner service under the management of chef patrons Mortimer Fraser and Fabio Miani.
The pair met while working at the Wildebeest, which holds three AA rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand, several years ago, but formed a friendship with the shared dream of opening their own restaurant.
