Norwich City Council says it has covered the roof of the building on St Leonards Road and scaffolding is set to go up soon.

Following that, it says further repair work will continue although it is not yet known how long this is expected to take.

Tenants and flat owners have been calling on the council to fix the building, which they say is mouldy, regularly floods and needs structural repairs.
