Noida: Commuters in Noida and Greater Noida are poised for a major improvement in connectivity, with the Aqua Line of the Noida Metro preparing for a substantial extension. The project, stretching from Sector 61 in Noida to Knowledge Park V in Greater Noida West, is expected to ease congestion and directly benefit more than four lakh passengers.

The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has drawn up the proposal, which will be carried out in two phases and is currently awaiting clearance from the Public Investment Board.
