Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is preparing to introduce one of its largest residential plot schemes early in the new year, creating significant interest among homebuyers and investors in the region. The scheme will offer a total of 973 residential plots across Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A, all of which fall within zones that have seen rapid development due to their proximity to new infrastructure projects.

According to officials, the Authority has already initiated the application process with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The plots range from 162 square metres to 290 square metres, catering to buyers looking for compact as well as spacious plots. The price has been set at approximately 3,500 rupees per square metre, which the Authority says is nearly half of the prevailing market rate in the surrounding areas. This pricing strategy is expected to attract a very high number of applications once the scheme opens.
