Sama ke Chawal ke Parathe (barnyard millet flatbreads) offer the perfect balance of taste, health, and tradition. Sama, also known as vrat ke chawal, is a gluten-free millet that resembles rice in texture but is much lighter on the stomach. It is rich in fibre, protein, and essential minerals, making it an ideal ingredient for fasting meals.
