Originally coined in reference to tianeptine, an unscheduled antidepressant with opioid-like effects, the term now encompasses a range of chemically altered substances including nitrous oxide, semi-synthetic andsynthetic alkaloid products and intoxicating hemp products.
Gas Station Heroin comes in plenty of pernicious forms: Nitrous oxide canisters called “Galaxy Gas” whippets can result in nerve damage, paralysis, and asphyxiation. A flavored tianeptine elixir known as “Neptune’s Fix” risks........
