A look at the systemic violence in the US on a national and International scale. 

On Wednesday, in Minneapolis, Rene Nicole Good was attending an anti ICE protest as a legal observer.  These are individuals who usually represent human rights agencies and attend protests or demonstrations to document and report any unlawful or inappropriate behavior from law enforcement. Rene was senselessly murdered by ICE agents on Wednesday. Shortly after Ms. Good was shot the ICE agent can be heard shouting “Fucking Bitch”. This sexism is more and more common within the US and that Rene Good was defending immigrants shows the intense level of racism and hatred that is especially common as ICE serves as Trump’s personal army or enforcers with no regard for any laws or rules.  

Politicians were, in an attempt to control us, very quick to publish their narrative of the shooting. It is, I believe, common knowledge, that her murder is approximately a mile from where George Flyod was also murdered in 2020. His murder revived the BLM movement and brought it to an international level, and Rene Good’s murder has also sparked mass protest, and we will loot at these protests more later.
