As part of its effort to reduce the number of both undocumented and legal immigrants, the Trump administration has pursued its plan to ban many foreign-born people from working as drivers of trucks, school buses, and other large vehicles. But while that push has met both political and legal challenges, some critics warn the policy is likely to create significant disruptions for transportation companies and the businesses they serve.
