Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty has spoken out for the first time about the rumours that have been swirling around him and his family for the last week.

Adam is currently engaged to the influencer Holly Ramsay, the daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, who he first met while competing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021 alongside her sister Tilly.

The pair’s wedding is now just weeks away, but in recent times, the couple have been at the centre of a tabloid storm over an alleged family feud that is reported to have begun when Holly chose not to invite Adam’s mum Caroline to her hen weekend.

Fuelling the speculation even further was the fact that Holly’s dad Gordon was invited to the gold medallist’s stag do, while the guestlist for Holly’s event included family friend
