Celebrating excellence at East Coast Community Healthcare awards event
The Lowestoft-based social enterprise presented 16 awards to employees, subsidiary companies, and local NHS partners.
The dietetics team, which ensures patients receive proper nutrition and hydration, was named Clinical Team of the Year.
ECCH chief executive Ian Hutchison said: “Dietetics is a small team with a huge caseload but their forward-thinking attitude ensures they provide the highest quality care."
The non-clinical team of the year award went to the operational administration teams and East Coast Community Access for their support during the launch of a new musculoskeletal (MSK) service.
Healthcare assistant Tracey Palmer received the Delivering Exceptional Care award for her clinical excellence and ability to make patients feel at ease.
MSK physiotherapist Suzanne Blowers won the Patient Choice Award based on compliments and positive feedback from service users.
