George Tomozei, 23, opened fire shooting his partner’s uncle multiple times after a confrontation in Great Yarmouth.

Norwich Crown Court heard his victim had to be hospitalised after being hit three times including in the neck.

Prosecutors said allegations of an assault had seen a simmering dispute boil over between the parties who lived in adjoining flats on King Street.

When the uncle opened his door he was confronted by Tomozei holding a gun.
