The Waveney River Centre, situated in Burgh St Peter near Beccles, has been put on the market by agent Savills for £4m.

The centre, which has been owned by Tingdene Lifestyle since 2021, offers a 133-berth marina alongside tens of holiday lodges, touring and tent pitches, and a heated swimming pool.

It also includes The Waveney Inn and Hotel, which serves as the central hub for the site and provides a restaurant, shop, and seven hotel bedrooms.
