Police urged to take action by judge after Norfolk rape victim named on social media
Judge Anthony Bate urged the chief constable to launch an investigation after learning that the name of the woman raped by Norfolk businessman Andrew Hubbard was being circulated online.

The victims of sex offences are granted life-long anonymity by the courts and anyone who reveals their identity can be fined up to £5,000.
Judge Bate discovered the victim had been named online by members of the public during a hearing to discuss Hubbard's case at Norwich Crown Court.

The 34-year-old, who owned Lily Mai's - formerly Craft Burger - in Cromer, was convicted of rape in October, after a trial.
