Juljan Mexhaj was found with 28 wraps of the class A drug in his jacket pocket after being arrested by police who saw him acting suspiciously in a Fakenham churchyard.

Norwich Crown Court heard the 20-year-old initially ran off after being spotted by police.

Martin Ivory, prosecuting, said after Mexhjaj was stopped "a short distance away" by police who "found a number of wraps" on him.

The prosecutor said Mexhaj, who also had £110 in cash on him, was arrested on March 15 this year before being taken to a police station.

Mexhaj, formerly of Oak Steet, Fakenham, appeared at court on Tuesday........
