Building on one of city's poshest streets to go under the hammer
The distinctive grade II listed building at 75 Upper St. Giles Street is to be auctioned off with a guide price of £200,000 advertised on Auction House East Anglia.
It is currently home to Norwich Art Shop, which announced it will be closing the store on August 30.
