Here are some of the biggest events to look forward to.

1. Norwich Games Festival

Where: The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich, NR2 1TF

A free gaming festival is returning to The Forum in Norwich with an array of events, interactive activities, workshops and talks for both gaming novices and enthusiasts.

Visitors can explore a range of gaming activities such as hands-on gameplay, retro arcades, fully immersive VR and more.

People will also have the chance to talk directly with game creators, getting their hands on exclusive early looks at games still under development.

Cost: Full weekend season tickets cost £150 and a day ticket is £26

Folk on the Pier will run for its 26th year at the Victorian Pavilion Theatre with a line-up of musicians from around the world.
