Kelly Law, regional manager for Mind, says she has had her sights set on opening a new shop in Norwich for “two years”.

And now, on December 18 at 11 am, her vision came true after she opened the charity’s first store in the city in a “perfect location” and at a “prime time” just days before Christmas.
