Norwich mother praises 'miraculous' birth of baby Samuel at unusual location
Laura, 33, lives with pulmonary hypertension - a serious condition that makes pregnancy extremely high-risk - and went into labour on November 12 at just 31 weeks.
She was rushed by ambulance from her home in Norwich to the Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, where specialist teams were already preparing for her emergency arrival.
What followed was a remarkable multi-hospital operation involving dozens of clinicians from both Papworth and Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH).
