It means the plans to build 55 homes on King Street remain undecided while the applicant, Milton Nutt for Norwich River Ltd, addresses a number of concerns.

The first of which were flagged by Norfolk County Historic Environment Services, who said there was a "high potential" for significant archaeological remains at 125-133 King Street, opposite Riverside.
