Swimmers hit out at 'freezing' leisure centre pool
People using the pool at Riverside Leisure Centre in Wherry Road say they are "fed up with the coldness" and described the water as "freezing".
The council-owned leisure centre has hit back saying the temperature meets the guidance for recreational use and is kept between 27 and 29 degrees.
Mark Fuller, who is a regular swimmer at the leisure centre, disputes this and claims he tested the water himself and it was just 26 degrees.

The 68-year-old added he has noticed the temperature has dropped since he returned to the facility in February this year.
