The theft happened on Tuesday, April 14, between 11.30am and 12pm when a suspect removed the tool from a wheelbarrow outside Age Connected on Regent Street.

Hugh Sturzaker, of Great Yarmouth Civic Society, said the sprayer was one of two which the group uses to spray weeds around the town centre.

"Perhaps the guilty person would be kind enough to return it to Age Connected," he added.
