Work to put new street lighting near the Halvergate junction of the A47 Acle Straight is due to take place next month.

National Highways - the government company responsible for the road - has warned drivers could face delays on the Acle Straight itself during the work, scheduled for Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 9.

But there will also be a knock-on effect for motorists using the A1064, because the Acle Link Road section of that route will need to be shut.........
