EDF Power Solutions has launched a consultation over its proposals for panels at the western edge of Stoke Holy Cross, in Norfolk’s solar valley.

The firm, which is also behind the Bloy’s Grove solar farm less than a third of a mile away, has stressed that the 207-acre Stoke Lane scheme is entirely separate to other projects.

Officials have said it will connect into a nearby battery storage facility.
