Man arrested for raft of offences outside city pub
The suspect was apprehended outside of the Bell Hotel pub on Orford Hill in Norwich after officers were called on Saturday morning to reports of a suspected intoxicated driver.
Two unmarked police cars as well as a marked car and a police van, attended the scene.
A man aged in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of failing to provide a breath sample, driving without insurance, theft, possession of a class A drug, possession of a class B drug, driving without a valid licence, taking a motor vehicle without consent, drug driving.
He was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning and later released on bail on June 29.
