Minors & Brady has joined forces with the TV presenter and podcaster's High Performance Foundation, which aims to provide youngsters with the tools they need to succeed in life.

Humphrey, who lives in Norfolk, started the High Performance Podcast in 2020, which now has a community of more than one million regular listeners.

The success of the podcast led to the foundation's launch two years ago.
