If there is wrongdoing, the wrongdoers will face the music.

Calgary Mayor Jeromy Farkas may have a cold this day but even with a raspy voice his message is clear.

“Calgarians want to know if this is bad luck or bad actors,” says Farkas.

The mayor speaks as Calgarians prepare to hear on Wednesday from a panel of experts who have looked at this city’s water pipe meltdown.

The report will roll out Wednesday afternoon and the mayor and the rest of city council will be able to grill the experts on, in the words of Farkas, what went wrong, why did it go wrong and who knew what and when.
