Editorial: What Cuomo 'didn't recall'

Just as a stopped clock is correct twice a day, it is possible for a bitterly partisan congressional undertaking to turn up nuggets of long-hidden truth.
That appears to be the case with the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, which last month released a report revealing that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, along with several of his top aides, likely made false statements under oath about their attempts to extinguish the firestorm of controversy prompted by a March 2020 directive related to COVID in nursing homes.
