The latest operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in which security forces eliminated 13 terrorists in two separate engagements, underline a reality that can no longer be softened by euphemisms: Pakistan remains under threat, and restraint cannot be mistaken for weakness. According to official accounts, the operations were intelligence-led, targeted, and aimed at dismantling militant networks that continue to prey on vulnerable communities.
