Sen. Chuck Grassley (Iowa), the incoming Republican chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said Tuesday that the House Ethics Committee would help speed up the Senate’s consideration of former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) to lead the Justice Department if it releases its report on Gaetz.

“I would suggest if they want a speedy consideration of this … it would help faster consideration, the extent to which they would make as much available as they can,” Grassley told a CNN camera crew on Capitol Hill.
