The kids, at least 41% of them, are not alright.

A new Emerson College poll found that most American voters, 61%, think the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson earlier in December was unacceptable.

However, among young voters, there was a noticeable, if disturbing, split. Forty percent believe Thompson’s murder, allegedly at the hands of 26-year-old Luigi Mangione, was unacceptable, according to the poll. But a warped 41% of young voters said the assassination was acceptable, while 24% thought it was “somewhat acceptable” and 17% “completely acceptable.”

I would reckon that among the young people who say Thompson’s murder was acceptable, a fraction, perhaps the very enthusiastic 17%, are politically radical. They........
