Japanese self-driving startup Turing is planning a U.S. office and eyeing a $10B IPO

Turing, a Tokyo-based autonomous-driving startup, plans to open a U.S. office within the next year and is targeting a potential American stock listing within five years at a valuation of roughly $10 billion, according to The Wall Street Journal.
