Paul James, who has 154 previous convictions for 554 offences, had been issued with a CBO banning him from a number of stores and retail complexes in Norwich.

Norwich Crown Court heard James, 34, stole two pairs of trainers from the Nike store on the Riverside retail park, putting him in breach of his order.
