The prison guard had been working at HMP Norwich on Boxing Day last year when Zak Paya asked for his cell to be unlocked.

Norwich Crown Court heard Paya, who was serving a sentence for drugs and a bladed article offence, asked again for his cell to be unlocked but it was not.
