BT's bid to replace its tired fleet of phone boxes with 'street hubs' on Aylsham Road, Queens Road and Dereham Road in Norwich have been met with backlash over safety, aesthetic and environmental concerns.

Despite this, Norwich City Council have approved all of BT's plans to get rid of its kiosks and replace them with the new devices.
