Man accused of throwing bricks at cars on busy roundabout named
Drivers reported the audacious thrower at about 6am on Thursday (April 9) after spotting him targeting vehicles on the St Stephen's Roundabout in Norwich.
One victim said their car was hit, but luckily not damaged and that they were worried someone could get hurt. Two other vehicles were left damaged during the incident.
A man matching the description given by the first caller was arrested at the scene before being taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Vladamir Manoili, 36, of Whitworth Court, Norwich, has since been charged with three counts of criminal damage.
He has been released on bail until his next court date at Norwich Magistrates' Court on June 9.
