College staff reminded to 'turn off lights' to stop wasting taxpayer's money
In an email circulated to employees at City College Norwich in Ipswich Road it was announced the site would need to implement money-saving measures which are to be in place until at least July 31.

These included a request to staff to "shut down their PC, turn off all the lights when they leave the room" and "check appliances, such as water heaters and air conditioning units are powered down".
