Shelby Gibbs, from Wymondham, went on a day trip from Norwich Airport to Lapland on Sunday.

Her 88-year-old grandfather booked it as a present for her children, who are aged four and six.

Ms Gibbs, 31, said it was a "magic" day, filled with gifts, a private family meeting with Santa and a husky ride through the snow.

Things took a turn for the worse at around 10.55pm when the flight was trying to touch down........
