Anglian Water, who were consulted over proposals to turn garages on Clancy Road into eight flats, have said there are issues with details in the water framework outlined by Orwell Housing Association.

Officers for the company said: "We object to this application due to a lack of evidence confirming that the surface water hierarchy has been fully explored.
