Starbucks, which will be next to a Wendy's restaurant, is set for land in the south of Hall Road.

The two units will be built off the roundabout near the Porsche garage and will back towards the Range and B&Q stores.

Starbucks will have several parking spaces and bistro-style seating while the Wendy's site will be the bigger of the two drive-throughs and is set to feature around 13 parking spaces and both indoor and outdoor seating.

The land used to be the home of the Norfolk Training Services buildings but plans to demolish these were approved in 2019.

The application, which was approved in July last year, is part of the redevelopment of the Neatmarket site following the relocation of the livestock market.

Wendy's is an American fast-food chain specialising in burgers, chicken sandwiches and milkshakes and there is another one currently being built near the NDR.
