A new secondary school for Rackheath, near Norwich, is the "most significant" education investment which Conservative-controlled Norfolk County Council is planning over the next 10 years - and could cost up to £70m.

With more than 4,000 homes due to be built in Rackheath and 3,000 at Beeston Park, near Old Catton and Sprowston, a site for the school has been identified on land to the north of Green Lane.
