Mustard maker reveals £5m expansion plan - despite uncertainty over Colman's brand
It was developed by a consortium of East Anglian mustard and mint growers to maintain their historic links with the Colman's brand, after manufacturer Unilever moved its production base from Norwich to Burton-on-Trent.

Last month, national news reports suggested that Colman's is among a number of heritage food brands which Unilever is considering selling in order to refocus its product portfolio.
Unilever refused to comment on "media speculation".
But Condimentum bosses believe they remain well placed to supply whoever owns the brand, due to the Norfolk firm's strong farming supply chain and its unique UK manufacturing resource - as its mill is the only one of its kind in Europe able to process mustard seed into the “double superfine” flour required for the Colman's.
Meanwhile, as part of its own growth and risk management strategy, Condimentum is planning a five-fold expansion of its wet mustard manufacturing facility in order to meet demand from new customers in growing markets around the world.........
