Quarter of UK manufacturers moving operations overseas due to high energy costs
The industry lobby group found that one in ten firms have already begun relocating their production abroad, while a further 16pc are considering following suit, targeting Asian countries like China and South Korea, where operating costs are typically much cheaper.
