Parker Hydraulics and Pneumatics, based at the Ashbourne Estate off Mile Cross Lane, was established by Richard Parker in 1975, selling hydraulic hoses and equipment for manufacturers and the replacement market.

Over the past five decades, the company has grown into a leading supplier of automation solutions for industries including manufacturing, agriculture and construction.
