Samsung has announced the launch of a new range of AI-powered televisions in India on April 17. The South Korean electronics giant is set to refresh its Neo QLED 8K series, Neo QLED 4K series, and OLED series of televisions with artificial intelligence, claiming to bring “a new era of Samsung AI TV”.

Consumers can pre-order the range of Samsung AI TVs by paying Rs 5,000. Pre-booking for the upcoming televisions is live on Samsung.com and the Samsung Shop app. The company says that the reserve amount of Rs 5,000 is refundable, and it allows customers to avail early access benefits as well.

Those pre-ordering the Neo QLED 8K Series (75 inches and above) can avail of benefits worth Rs 15,000. Meanwhile, consumers pre-booking Neo QLED 4K and OLED series will get benefits worth Rs 10,000 on their purchases.

After pre-ordering the new TVs, you will receive a welcome email detailing the early-order coupon code. While paying for the new Neo-QLED or OLED device, the purchase value will be adjusted by an amount up to Rs 15,000. If you do not utilise the coupon during the redemption period (from April 17 to May 7), it will be automatically cancelled and the pre-booking amount worth Rs 5,000 will be refunded to the original source of payment.

In recent times, Samsung has been focusing on AI a lot. Notably, Galaxy AI was one of the highlights of the Galaxy S24 series launch event. The new announcement regarding upcoming AI-powered TVs from Samsung comes after the company presented its 2024 line of Bespoke AI home appliances at the “Welcome to Bespoke AI” media event in Seoul earlier this week.

The new Neo QLED 8K TV claims to offer a transformative viewing experience, featuring advanced technology such as Quantum Matrix Technology Pro, a new NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor, and 8K AI upscaling Pro. It also includes SmartThings integration, an AI Energy Mode for reduced energy consumption, an Infinity Screen design, and Dolby Atmos support. The company will reveal more details about the upcoming AI TVs (including Neo QLED 4K and OLED series) on April 17, 2024.
