Gen Z Dated Less as Teens—Now It’s Showing Up in the Workplace
Problematic Gen Z workplace behavior may be rooted in having learned fewer socialization and emotional lessons as teens.

Be honest, wouldn’t you be touchier and more aloof if you’d been a teenage wallflower before going into business as an adult? If so, you might want to cut your Gen Z workers some extra slack.
According to new survey data, employees born between 1997 and 2012 reported having dated at far lower rates during their teens than older coworkers did. That likely limited the critical socialization and personal interaction skills that Gen Zers learned as adolescents, compared to older coworkers who led more romantically inclined youths.
That may in turn partly explain........
