3 Ways To Reheat Leftover Christmas Pudding Without Drying It Out

Every year I make the same mistake, and every year I wonder how to fix it: I always make enough Christmas pudding for six people, despite only serving two.

That means I’m left with bowlfuls of festive fare leftover for the next day. And I also have to work out how to reheat it without creating a dry, rubbery, fruity modelling clay-like mess.

Well, not this year! We’ve rounded up the best ways to warm your Christmas pud back up in the microwave, oven, and hob.

1) Reheating Christmas pudding on the hob

This is best done a little like your first cook of the dessert, said flour company Dove’s Farm.

Begin by removing any existing foil from inside the pudding basin, and reline it (again, with foil). Place the pudding in this lined container.
